Eric Depoy was referred to my wife and I by a friend back in June. It seemed that our move from Dallas down to The Woodlands was a never-ending string of horrible interactions until we met Eric. Eric is a great realtor! Based on his knowledge of the market and relationships within the Real Estate community, he put us in a position to have our offer accepted (with multiple offers on the table).
